Pokojov\u00e9 rostliny jsou obvykle tich\u00fdmi a nen\u00e1padn\u00fdmi pozorovateli na\u0161eho \u017eivota. Av\u0161ak v Greenterview Greenterview (for a home plant, performer, and video projection)<\/em>se kytka st\u00e1v\u00e1 hlavn\u00edm akt\u00e9rem. Pot\u00e9, co jsem str\u00e1vila p\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f intenzivn\u00edho pozorovan\u00ed b\u0159e\u010d\u0165anu, jsem si s n\u00edm ka\u017edodenn\u00ed interakc\u00ed vytvo\u0159ila jedine\u010dn\u00fd komunika\u010dn\u00ed jazyk. V t\u00e9to performanci zkoum\u00e1m vztah mezi \u010dlov\u011bkem a p\u0159\u00edrodou prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm tohoto dialogu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u0159esto\u017ee je to pro lidsk\u00e9 oko a ucho prim\u00e1rn\u011b neviditeln\u00e9 a nesly\u0161iteln\u00e9, rostliny se pohybuj\u00ed a vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed zvuky. Tyto \u010dinnosti jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm reakc\u00ed na podm\u00ednky prost\u0159ed\u00ed (sv\u011btlo, voda, teplota, gravitace) a chemick\u00e9 procesy uvnit\u0159 rostlin. V\u00fdzkumy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee rostliny t\u00edmto jedine\u010dn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem komunikuj\u00ed se sv\u00fdm okol\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do projektu jsem si vybrala Hederu helix (b\u0159e\u010d\u0165an), proto\u017ee je archetypem zelen\u011b, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s denn\u011b obklopuje, ale obvykle j\u00ed nev\u011bnujeme pozornost. Naopak v tomto p\u0159edstaven\u00ed je hlavn\u00ed protagonista, s n\u00edm\u017e performer vede dialog - n\u00e1zev slo\u017een\u00fd ze slov green (zelen\u00e1) a interview (rozhovor) vystihuje celou my\u0161lenku.<\/p>\n\n\n

Hlavn\u00edmi elementy p\u0159edstaven\u00ed jsou hlas, pohyb, video, elektronika a sv\u011bteln\u00fd design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nejen jako pro um\u011blce, ale tak\u00e9 jako pro \u010dlov\u011bka, je pro m\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zkoumat v\u011bci z r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u00fahl\u016f pohledu. Tak\u017ee uznat rostlinu jako \u017eiv\u00fd organismus a pod\u00edvat se na sv\u011bt skrze jej\u00ed \"listy\" bylo obohacuj\u00edc\u00ed. Jedn\u00edm z nejv\u00edce fascinuj\u00edc\u00edch aspekt\u016f je pro m\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasu a aplikace t\u00e9to percepce na pohyb a d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. Mimo to m\u011b pr\u00e1ce na projektu p\u0159im\u011bla zamyslet se nad t\u00edm, jak se rostliny samy pohybuj\u00ed a jak h\u00fdbou n\u00e1mi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premi\u00e9ra Greenterview se konala 14. ledna 2024 v Lucernu. Greenterview <\/em>v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159uji na celove\u010dern\u00ed verzi tohoto projektu.<\/p>\n\n\n

Home plants are usually silent and inconspicuous observers of our lives. In Greenterview (for a home plant, performer, and video projection), however, the plant becomes the main character. After befriending an ivy over the five months, I have developed a unique language of communication with her through daily observation and interaction. In this performance, I\u00b4m exploring the relationship between humans and nature through the conversation of the ivy\u00a0and\u00a0the performer. Even though it is for the eye and the ear of the human, primarily invisible and inaudible, plants move and make sounds. These actions are mainly the responses to their environmental condition (light, water, temperature, gravity) and the chemical processes inside the plants. Research shows that plants communicate in their unique way with their natural surroundings. I chose to work with the Hedera helix (the ivy) because it is the archetype of green, which surrounds us daily, but we usually don\u00b4t pay attention to it. On the contrary, in this performance, I acknowledge the plant as the main protagonist with whom the performer makes the dialogue \u2013 the title, composed of the words green and interview, sums up the whole idea. The piece has three parts \u2013 1. the introduction of the performer to the plant, 2. the interior life of the plant, 3. the dialogue. The main elements used in the performance are voice, movement, video, audio recording, and light. I believe it is essential to look at things from diverse points of view. So, to acknowledge the plant as a living organism and look at things through “the leaves” of the plant was enriching. One of the most fascinating aspects for me is the unlike perception of time and applying it to movement and breathing. Also, it made me ask questions such as how plants move themselves and how they drive us. I\u00b4m still developing this project.
