Application of Postmodern Principles within Instrumental Theatre

The dissertation Application of Postmodern Principles within Instrumental Theatre discusses the possibilities of using chosen postmodern philosophical principles, namely deconstruction, Death of the Author, rhizome and Body without Organs, in the creation and interpretation of instrumental theatre. The thesis consists of two parts. The first, the theoretical part, deals with the analysis of the above-mentioned principles of poststructuralism in instrumental theatre compositions. The second part focuses on the application of these concepts in original projects and compositions.
